Getting in a workout when u don't feel like getting out of bed in the morning is tough, but u really need to think of the journey u are on & have an idea of where you want to be in say 30 days from now, doing small tasks each day will help drive u forward, even managed to get in the push-ups for the day, it all adds up, keep working & move forward!

More push-ups done for the day, trying to focus on better form with each rep, it's improving each day, that's the key, try to improve yourself a little bit each day, remember it's a marathon not a sprint when u are looking to achieve results, it takes time, dedication, patience & consistency, trust the process & stay positive!
