KMC Fitness We currently operate in the Louth area but hope to expand into surrounding areas.

KMC Fitness is a health and fitness company working in the areas of Personal training, Sports events organisation, Health promotion classes and Supplementation sales. At KMC Fitness we are dedicated to providing a superior service to our customers at an affordable price, we use a combination of tried and tested methods of training incorporated with new and scientifically proven methods to help our

clients achieve their personal goals in a tailored fashion that suits them best, we provide services for all age groups and levels of fitness with no exclusions. At KMC Fitness we offer personal training sessions on a one to one basis or in small groups to help our clients achieve their personal goals, we understand every client is different which is why we do not use generic fitness program's and diets, we believe that by using tailor made fitness program's and diets our clients will achieve their own goals in a faster and more effective manor. As a client of KMC Fitness you will receive:

A free consultation from which we can establish your current fitness level and goals for the future pre training with us. A personalised fitness program with full instruction, this program takes into consideration our clients own preferences to exercise and is reviewed on a regular basis. A full diet analysis from which we will advise our clients on how to enhance their diet to achieve their own personal goals. This diet will be reviewed in full on a regular basis with changes being made if necessary. We regularly assess our clients fitness and wellness levels, this assessment helps our clients and us establish their own progress and helps us adapt their training program if needed. Some of these assessments include - body fat percentage tests, body measurement, cardiac health tests, posture analyses, strength testing and bleep tests, we also test our clients more specifically to their own goals. We understand that at times our clients may have questions or may be unsure about something which is why we offer a helpline service which can be reached by any of our clients should they have a question or need some advice fitness related. We offer the following options for training
One to one once off sessions
One to one regular sessions
One to one block sessions eg. 8 sessions per month
Group sessions (Up to 3 people)

Each of the above options vary in price, please contact us for further pricing details and booking arrangements
