Building a world class team from the foundation up. Training kids, amateurs, professionals and those who just want to stay fit and gain self protection and confidence. Sanda is the original Mixed Martial Art consisting of stand up striking, grappling and takedowns coached by Irish pro fighter & coach Darren Sonik.
