Serving the local community of Dowdallshill and district, Dundalk We cater for boys and girls teams from U7 up. New players always welcome.

Dowdallshill are one of the country's oldest GAA clubs and in 2011, celebrated their 125th anniversary. Their is also a nursery programme for 5 and 6 year olds. During the summer months juvenile coaching takes place in St Bridgets Park on Monday evenings from 6.15pm.

That’s a wrap!

What an end to a fantastic season of football!

The kids were delighted with their medals and sweets from the candy cart, although I think the highlight of the day was getting the chance to soak their coach, Niamh!

A huge well done to all our wonderful kids. It has been brilliant to watch them develop their football skills, grow in confidence and, most importantly, make wonderful friendships along the way.

A massive thank you also to all our coaches who generously give their valuable time each week. Without your dedication, encouragement and commitment, none of this would be possible.

And finally, thank you to all the parents and families for choosing Dowdallshill GF & AC and for your continued support throughout the season.

A club where every spirit belongs and every heart thrives.

We hope you all enjoy the break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in April for another great season!

Great evening at training! Despite the rain, the children had a brilliant time and didn’t let the weather dampen their spirits. Plenty of smiles, energy and fun all round!

Well done to all our Dowdallshill kids who took part in this evening’s blitz against Roche Emmets GAA, Dundalk Young Irelands GFC DYI & St.Mochtas GFC

You all played absolutely fantastically, and with every game, you’re getting better and better. The hard work, effort and teamwork you’re showing are brilliant to see.

We are so proud of each and every one of you.

⚽ Kids’ Football Training – Cancelled This Evening ⚽

Please note that Kids’ Football Training is cancelled this evening due to our special fundraiser being held in The Lisdoo, in memory of Caolàn Tasker Dullaghan.

We’d love to invite everyone to come along and support this amazing fundraiser, with proceeds going towards Temple Street Children’s Hospital and a defibrillator for the Dowdallshill area.

It promises to be a great community evening for two very worthy causes, so please come along and show your support if you can. Every bit of support is greatly appreciated.

⚽ Kids’ Football Training will resume as normal next week.

We hope to see plenty of you in The Lisdoo this evening! 💙

We’re really looking forward to Bingo GAA GAA, held in memory of beautiful baby Caolàn Tasker Dullaghan.

Tickets are selling fast, but don’t worry, tickets will also be available to purchase at the door on the night.

Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in our U8s Blitz! ❤️💚

They played brilliantly against Westerns Reaghstown, Naomh Malachi GFC, Cúchulainn Gaels and Sean O'Mahonys. It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best, working together and enjoying their football.

We are so proud of you all, keep up the great work!
