A few of us former Killinbeg Golf Club Members are organising a Ryder Cup style tournament in an attempt to raise funds for Dickie Newell (Do it for Dickie). Dickie was an avid golfer and former killinbeg member who suffered life changing injuries in a cycling accident, requiring his home to be remodelled to accomodate his injuries. This fundraiser is being run in an attempt to raise funds to assist the family.

The tournament will take place as a shotgun start on the 16th September at 2:30pm in Ashfield Golf Club.

We would like to ask everyone to please be on the lookout for a Toro 20960 Recycler Self Drive lawnmower which was stolen from our container last night.Unfortunately some low life will probably try and sell it on for a tiny fraction of the actual cost and we ask everyone to please keep an eye out for this.Many thanks.

Killinbeg GS Inaugural Charity Outing, Saturday 30th April 2016

Thank you to Dundalk GC Captain Maurice Soraghan & resident PGA Professional Leslie Walker for their assistance in organising our event.

Thank you to Declan Rafferty & his team for excellent catering and to David & the bar staff for looking after us so well.

Thanks to generosity of the participants, we were able to donate over €500 to each of two local charities.
