Hyrox Barcelona didn't go to plan, a phone call on Wednesday before I left to say I had bulging disc in L4 & L5 I knew I was just bout getting through it. I was ready to go but sometimes the body doesn't cooperate. Now it's time for rehab and get ready to go again.
