It’s ALOT.
Whether it’s your 1st or your 15th worlds, it’s a challenging few days.

But saying that, there’s a few things you cannot control and should try not let control your attitude and effect your head.

Some of my clients I’ve been working with are realising when you let the UNCONTROLLABLES take control, they being to effect the CONTROLLABLES.

Prioritise what you can CONTROL.

Need someone who’s been there for the highs but also suffered the lows. Knows how to manage the side stage nerves along with the on stage performance.

It’s the little things🔥

Remember you don’t have to be running 10k every day, lifting 150kg or doing hike every day or week.

Start small, lift small weights, go for small walks, do your physio (that’s directed at me) and you’ll gradually get there.

When you see this, get up and do something small.. be it go for a walk, do the laundry, put away the clothes that need folding.

Your coach needs to listen to your goals, what you need to work on and create a plan that will aid you in your performance.

Right leg
