LIVING YOUR LIFE IS WORTH IT!
Transformation Tuesday -
Though not often, we like to give you these little reminders once in a while to:
- Fuel your body with healthy food, but be balanced!
- Say yes to social occasions without panic
- Enjoy that slice of cake with your Nan
- Focus less on ‘having abs’ and more on mental growth
- If you choose to go to the gym, go because you love your body, because you enjoy it or because you want to achieve healthy and realistic goals, not because you hate yourself, you are worth soooo much more than you think!
- Forget about the size label in your jeans, no-one else knows, how you feel in yourself is so much more important and you will SHINE if you are living
