⭐️rant alert/words of wisdom ⭐️
All the time I get asked what is the secret to lose weight: and today I have figured it out so keep reading 👍
The secret to weight loss is, there is no secret, there is lots of ways to lose weight through diet, exercise, starvation, intermittent fasting, water loading e.t.c.
we all know that we want a certain body, some of us will have the patience and perseverance to accomplish it, then other people will not, and this is no fault of their own most of the time it comes down to a lack of knowledge. But there is people out there who just can't be bothered and that's fine but I don't want to listen to you complain about your body if your in a position to do something about it and won't 😡 😝
You must be in a calorie deficit for weight loss, which simply means eating less calories then you expend, and by the way by someone handing you a 1000 calorie a day diet or a 1200 calorie day diet isn't going to achieve the right results for everyone and it definitely is not going to be maintainable.
Who am I to hand you a plan without knowing roughly or exactly what the calories are your eating, it doesn't make Sense and it won't be sustainable for the long haul, which for me is the most important thing, what's the point in working your ass off for a 4,6,8 weeks on a ridiculous diet, sure this will give you the body you want MAYBE for a very short time, but the possible psychological damages and possible physiological damages won't be worth it to have a certain type of body for 2 weeks and then it's gone.
The only way to maintain your body is through consistent training and good food choices PERIOD.. you should not be hungry when dieting 😳..
No body enjoys training at the start but over a period of time it does become enjoyable even addictive.. it should be enjoyable and you should feel good especially after your finished the workouts.
