Fun Fitness classes and Basic Therapy Intervention for children Children are special. Just like us, they need praise to encourage their strengths and also need gentle correction to help them overcoming their weaknesses.

This is what we do in these classes. Children are motivated to exercise, come over their fears and believe in themselves. There are two different type of classes run in Monkstown and Sandyford. FUN FITNESS

This class is about having lots of fun. Through games and pretend play we work on their most important skills( gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance, agility, core strength) that

they need to achieve their full potential in school and in their everyday life. CREATIVE BODY AND BRAIN FITNESS

This class is for children who have difficulties with speech, reading, physical activities, attention and fine motor skills. During class through different type of exercises and games we get their brain work together with their body. Living with these difficulties means that on a daily basis they face the fact that no matter how hard they try for example to speak properly, read, hold the pencil, cut, kick the ball, sit on their chair in the classroom...they just can't do it. This not only affects their academic work by stopping them to reach their full potential in school but highly affects their self esteem. Sadly after a while they start to believe they are not good at certain things and will stop trying and participate in certain activities. In this program we detect where they got stuck in their development and working from that level we encourage their brain and body to rewire those connections needed to move forward in their development.

Did I hear you saying yes to some of those questions?
Ok. Don't panic! That just mean he is not there yet....but can be helped to get there faster!!!!
