Stop working out alone and join an incredible community of women in Duleek, Bellewstown, and Cushinstown! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, our 45-minute strength classes are designed to help you increase your fitness, build real-world strength, and actually have fun doing it.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to get you stronger, one rep at a time.

💡 Think you’re just ‘slowing down’? The truth is, your muscles might be disappearing — and it starts sooner than you think.
One day you’re carrying the shopping bags up the stairs without thinking… the next, you’re wondering why it feels heavier than it used to.
This isn’t about getting “old” — it’s about muscle loss, and it can start as early as 30–35. For women, especially in perimenopause and menopause, that loss happens faster — unless we fight back.
