Our mobile gymnastics sessions are designed for fun, movement and confidence building in a non-competitive and inclusive environment.

Looking for a way to keep your teen active & motivated in the Autumn months??🙌

We’re launching a Teen Gymnastics Strength & Conditioning Class – designed to build fitness, confidence, and resilience in a fun, supportive environment.

📅 Wednesdays | 🕠 5:30–6:30 PM
🤸 Suitable for all secondary school ages (no gymnastics experience needed!)

This is a great opportunity for teens to:
✅ Improve strength & fitness
✅ Build healthy habits
✅ Boost confidence & wellbeing
✅ Train with friends in a positive setting
