Saturday Team Match off today vs Maynooth University Town due to the passing of Paul Nolans mother Mary.

Paul has served as a committee member with both Firhouse Clover and Firhouse Carmel for many years and is a close friend to many at the club.

On behalf of everyone at Firhouse Clover we send our deepest condolences to Paul and the Nolan family.

**Club Announcement**

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Anne McGillivary, the beloved wife of Stephen McGillivary and Mother to Brian & David McGillivary.

Firhouse Clover send their deepest condolences to Stephen, Brian, David and all the McGillivary family. Stephen, Brian and all the family know everyone at Firhouse Clover is deeply saddened by Anne's passing and we will do all we can to support in the coming days, weeks, months and years.

This has come as a massive shock for all of their family and everyone at Firhouse Clover. As a mark of respect we as a club have decided to postpone the game this evening vs Bluebell United in memory of Anne McGillivary.

Stephen and Brian play such a massive role in this club acting as Saturday managers, Secretary and committee members. It is important that we all stick together as a club and show our support for Brian and Stephen at this difficult time, because more than anything at Firhouse we are a family and we support each other and we'll always be there for each other when times are hard.

Crumlin United Summer Cup Q-Final
Firhouse Clover 6-1 Skerries Town

Fantastic performance from everyone in a Clover Jersey last night. Played some lovely football and thoroughly deserved the victory. Dylan McGrath with a goal of the tournament contender an audacious Lob from the edge of the area. Dylan followed it up shortly after half time with another fantastic solo goal. Conor Maguire then struck his first goal for the club after running almost the lent of the pitch before slotting home. Lorcan Paten volleyed in a 4th which was a great team move. Conor Byrne added the 5th with a nice finish into the bottom corner, a goal which his play on the night deserved before conor maguire tapped in his 2nd of the game and Clover's 6th minutes before the end.

Clover now march on to the semi finals on Thursday evening where we will play the winner of this evenings quarter final between Bluebell United vs St. Francis

Another good display by Clover today in the fierce heat in Pearse Park.💚🍀

3-0 win vs St. John Bosco see's Clover progress through to the quarter final of the Crumlin United Summer Cup 2018.

Our final group game is on Thursday at 6.45pm on the Astro in Crumlin against Crumlin United B.

Goals today by Daniel Farrell, Carl Forsyth and that man Ado Rafferty who is on fire 🔥🔥 4 goals so far for the tournament for Ado 💚🍀

Brilliant Performance by our lads last night vs Inchicore.
4-0 win in the First game of pre-season and opening game of the Crumlin United Summer Cup 2018 💚🍀

Enjoyable work out and was great to kick off the season with emphatic win and clean sheet.

***Club News***

The club are delighted to welcome our new management team on board of Darren Forsyth and James Mooney to take the club forward next season

Darren who was club captain last 2 seasons and has a vast experience of all levels of football and it's great news for the club that he has taken on the role with James also staying involved with the club after his good work last year

The lads hope to announce the rest of the backroom team in the coming days

It's a exciting time for the club as we move into the facilities at Dublin Postal Sports Club and the brand new pitch which will have the same dementions as the AUL main pitch and we will also have full use of the gym facilities available to us at Postal

Thank you to last season's management team for all your hard work and commitment and getting to the FAI New Balance Intermediate Cup final in the Aviva Stadium and finishing 4th in the senior division
