6AM Circuit classes in Tullyvale Leisure Centre, Cherrywood,
1 on 1 Personal Training in a private gym. I hope I get to share some of my passion with you.

I'm Stephen Flynn, a fully qualified gym instructor and personal trainer. I have been involved in every sport you can imagine, from marathons to kayaking and I play for local teams in both soccer and gaelic football. I love everything to do with fitness, sport and general well being. Below shows my back story and how I became able to help people with their individual fitness and health challenges.

It started when I was young with my parents signing me up for everything and anything (I'm sure for a much needed break). I was part of clubs and classes all with parts of different sports involved in them, this is where it began. I soon came to realise that I was fiercely competitive at everything and this would only continue to grow through school and different sporting teams. Through out the years when other peoples interest in sport waned my interest only grew. This led me to pursuing a career in the sporting field and the logical choice was instruction and coaching. Over the last couple of years I have been travelling whilst growing my education within the sporting spectrum. I have been involved in teaching classes ,coaching teams and personal training. I love personal training because you get to see what the results mean to people. Making their goals a little bit more attainable through good programming and nutritional advice. Now I think its time to take the next step out on my own and I hope you will join me by taking a brave step too.

Our friend Daryl Smith has recently received the devastating news that his cancer is terminal. While incurable, valuable years could be added to his life with the help of novel treatment in Belgium.

It is our honour to help raise any funds that we can for him and his young family.

With this in mind, we are embarking on two fundraising events on the 20th of June.

Josh and myself will be rowing for 24hours consecutively. 🚣‍♂️

Ethan and Sio will be running a 60km Ultra Marathon. 🏃‍♂️
