I’ve made the decision to close the gym, new chapters,
“Old roads don’t lead to new paths”
So as of today all coaching will now be done online -

If you have a gym membership or equipment at home and want to be part of an online community,
I can offer you a coach in your pocket, 📲
Workout, 🏋️‍♀️
diet plan, 🥗
macros, 🔢
accountability 💪
& a lil sprinkle of spirituality ♒️
Then let’s begin a new journey together! 👏

The past 10 years on the gym floor has been amazing,
I’ve loved every minute, I’ve helped people be better versions of themselves,
happier and fitter, more self love through strength, I’ve helped launch careers, I’ve helped people make new friends and had a beautiful life amongst the weights and the wonderful women around me,

But this next faze is a lil different and I’m ready,
I’d like to thank each and every female that’s passed through my door over the years and I hope you’ve learned something about strength training from me, because ultimately that was my goal!

To show you the strength you had underneath. 🙏

Now I release it and move forward with my community online.
If you feel drawn to know more about this venture just ask ...

Best wishes always
Stay strong to live long 💪

Happy international women’s day 2026
For science on Sunday I thought I’d share this super info just for fun 🤩

Can women be as strong as men in relative terms?

Most people think women gain strength slower than men.

But research in Exercise Physiology shows early strength gains are largely neurological — the brain learning to recruit muscle more effectively.

Because of this, women often see similar relative improvements in strength, especially in the first months of training.

Over time, hormonal differences (like lower levels of testosterone) influence how much muscle mass develops, but the ability to become stronger is absolutely there.

Strength is trainable for everyone.

Can you guess each one guys? Which pic is your coach? Let us know in the comments !!!!

🤰Heavy deadlifts & bench presses during pregnancy?

We all tend to air on the side of caution ⛔️ lighter loads and more reps …. But

👉 Science says: heavy is SAFE for healthy, active women.

A new study tested 6–9 month pregnant athletes performing heavy sumo deadlifts and bench presses while monitoring fetal heart rate and blood flow.

Results?
✔ Fetal heart rate stayed normal
✔ Blood flow was not compromised
✔ No risk to fetal wellbeing

The female body is built for resilience.
Strong moms can stay strong.

⚠ Always consult your healthcare professional & train smart.

Muscle mommies — keep getting your gains.
