A HUGE transformation for our member who just wrapped 12 weeks on our Nutrition coaching challenge🏋🏻‍♂️🥳🥳

Tara joined us just under 3 years ago and has worked extremely hard to transform her body and mind💪🏼🧠

In that time not only has she made a huge weight loss transformation but she has went on to complete a Personal Training course qualifying her to pass on the knowledge she has gained over these last few years all while working a full time job and being a mother😅👏🏼👏🏼

She is the definition of hard work and consistency and we’re excited to smash her next phase of training as we move into the New year🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Calories aren’t only in foods they are also in liquids🫣

These are all the calories for a regular coffee with no changes, if you get a smaller/bigger one and add/remove things the calories will obviously fluctuate🙌

Take note and make sure you are aware of the calories you could be consuming through coffee☕️

Hydration plays a massive role on so many vital functions within your body and not being hydrated may be a big part of why you don’t feel 100% sometimes😬

Staying hydrated will help with keeping your muscles and joints healthy, it will aid your digestive system and help to regulate your body temperature and help with the transport of oxygen around the body and to all your major organs❤️🫁

Here is how to best calculate exactly how much water you should drink on a daily basis⚠️

If you multiply your body weight in kilograms X35, then divide that number by 1000, that will tell you how many litres per day you need to drink💧

Add on top of that, 500-750ml extra on training days depending on how much you sweat, and you can be sure you will stay well hydrated🫡
