Weights, cardio, classes, sauna, steam, whirlpool bath, swim. We have separate areas for free weights, cardio, machine weights, classes. Our friendly and fully qualified staff are more than happy to help you with your exercise goals, no matter what level of fitness you have. Coolmine Sports Health Centre membership includes:
Unlimited use of the gym. (members discount fee applies to pilates and sp

inning classes). Access to 2 Saunas, 2 Steam rooms, whirlpool bath. Swimming at timetabled swims. Discount on adult swimming lessons, aqua aerobics, badminton. We have different membership options to suit your financial needs - annual, 6 months, 3 months and weekly memberships available. Come and see us for a look around to see for yourself.
