Nowadays personal training has become a false face business of insta trainers, business orientated trainers full of price packages limited to certain amount of willing people to pay the limited time period of when the deal ends !!

Advice starting as a new trainer?? be different to the crowd, educate your client, work to their needs while using your professional eye on improving what you have accessed to help them. Access access access!! The goal isn't always how hard you work and how much you burn or how much you sweat. Some of the biggest compliments I've took as a trainer is helping clients to move better, improve quality of life, posture, movement, being pain free.
