Another rainy week of training for the Run Logic crew! Ash is still working on the rest and recovery, rather than adding to the flu and cough. He still got in 2.5 hours of light exercise and stretching. It just takes time to recover and get back to health.

James continues the marathon build with a 110 mile week, capping off with a great group run of 5x5km off 1km Float. Averaging 30km @ 3:27/km. Next week he goes to the Londis Adare 10km.

Another big week for the Run Logic crew, Ash had a down-week due to some man flu putting the brakes on training. Still getting in two long cycles for a total of 4:15 hours and 2525 metres of climbing.

James hit another week building towards Cork Marathon with a 15 mile effort at 5:43/Mile, a good way to cap off a 100 mile week!



2 long Cycles/ 4:15 min/ 2525 mtrs climbing. Man-flu put the brakes on my training this week.

Check out our event calendar for the next couple of weeks! We have three run club evenings, ranging from 5-7km, starting from our Temple Bar store at 5:30! All paces are welcome and encouraged!

January saw 29 days of rain and cold temperatures throughout making it even tougher to get the work done each day!

Back with another weekly round-up hitting great workouts despite the tough weather conditions throughout!

Ash clocked 8 hours training indoors on the bike, 2:40 hours biking outside and 20 minutes running outside this week! 11 hours total this week and over 210km on the bike.

James hit a 90 mile week with a midweek double threshold and the first long run workout of his marathon block, 5x3km off 1km. Check out the Coros route video in the last slide!
