Dear Members,

We're delighted to invite all Kickboxing Ireland members to our Open Training Day on Saturday, 15th August 2026 at Ballyholland Community Centre, Bettys Hill Road, Newry (BT34 2LY).

The training day runs from 10:00am to 5:00pm and is free to attend. It will be led by our National Coaches, Martin Bannon, Robert Cassells, Darren Doherty, and Damien Darker, with sessions designed to help members of all levels develop their skills.

Whether you're preparing for competition or simply looking to improve your technique and train with members from clubs across Ireland, we encourage everyone to come along.

Ring Sport (Full Contact, K-1 Style, Low Kick)
