As requested, we’ve opened up Friday 12th June (Summer Camp Day 1) as a single 3-hour coaching session.

If you missed out on full camp booking, this is your chance to still get a proper hit of coaching and progression this week.

What a brilliant day at St. Patrick’s National School Glencullen for the Junior Entrepreneur Programme 👏🚀 Thank you so much to Mr. Bourke, Mrs. Shimmins & Mr.Coughlan for having us on as judges 🥲

Today our Sinéad had the pleasure of joining forces with Karl from Tighnalluis and Music in the Mountians as well as Orlagh from Beneath the Canopy to step into the Dragons’ Den and hear SEVEN incredible business pitches from the amazing 5th Class students of St.Patricks Glencullen.

And wow… the future of entrepreneurship is looking very bright 💡

The ideas, confidence, creativity and teamwork on display today were genuinely inspiring. From sustainability-focused products to businesses designed with inclusion and wellbeing in mind, its incredible how these young students thought like real entrepreneurs.

Crispy Keys took the top spot thanks to its brandability, expandability, sustainability and inclusive thinking, a fantastic concept with huge potential 🌟

A massive congratulations to EVERY student who took part. Pitching an idea in front of a room takes a lot of courage, and each group should be so proud of themselves 👏

As part of the Dublin Mountains community, it was incredibly special to celebrate such young local talent and creativity today.

Best of luck to the whole 5th Class as they continue their JEP journey - we’ll definitely be watching this space 👀🚀

Bike Week 2026 at Glencullen Adventure Park will take place over two days, Friday May 15th and Saturday May 16th, offering free beginner mountain bike coaching sessions for men, women, and youths aged 12+.

On Friday, participants can join a Beginner Men’s Coaching session from 10am–1pm or a Beginner Women’s Coaching session from 2pm–5pm, with 8 places available in each.

Saturday expands with Beginner Men’s Coaching running (10am–1pm) and Women's beginner coaching in the afternoon (2pm–5pm), alongside dedicated Beginner Youth (12+) sessions at the same times morning and afternoon, each with 8 participants.

In total, 48 participants will take part across the two days. The event is fully funded through support from Cycling Ireland and DLR Active Travel, making all sessions free and accessible, and aims to introduce new riders to mountain biking in a supportive, professionally coached environment.

Dear Customers,

Some of you may already know, for others it might come as a surprise - but since a dramatic rise in insurance costs in 2023, The GAP has been under real pressure to continue operating.

Back then we increased our prices to help offset the cost. But still, rising fuel and running costs have continued, impacting not just plans to expand and grow, but even our ability to simply stay open.

We’ve held off raising prices again for as long as we can, and we really don’t want to. But it is something we may be forced to consider.

In the meantime, we’re asking for support in the biking community. If you can, come up! Whether that’s for an uplift, a pedal up, or just parking. If you’re using the trails, please make sure you’re doing so through the proper channels. It might seem small, but it makes a real difference to keeping this place running.

This GAP has never been about profit. It’s one man and his small team, with a labour of love for the sport. But it does need to sustain itself so we can keep the gates open and continue doing what we love.
