Hey guys. It's been a week, an emotional week , since our last class last weds . I want to say a massive thank you to everyone for last weds . Firstly for an awesome class with past and current members and secondly for organising my family to come down and all your kind words on the night . For the gift that everyone chipped in for , words can't describe what that means to myself , totally don't deserve it , but again a massive thank you for it . And of course the CAKE 🤗 . I'm still trying to digest all of this and come to the reality of it all. There are too many people to thank individually , you guys made the gym what it was . Thank you 👐

We have been overwhelmed with the level of support, messages & phone calls over the last couple of weeks . We turned off the lights for the last time last night . Emotions are running high at the moment so excuse not answering calls or texts for the next couple of days... We can't thank everyone enough.

Good morning guys .

It's been a few days since our announcement , it's something that I needed a few days away from social media and to reflect .

I am overwhelmed with all the messages , phone calls and comments on our post from everyone . I will personally get back to each and every one of you over the next few days .

In regards to our classes , we will be running classes up til the 26th of June . So don't be shy come down and get a work out done or just to say hello or catch up .

In regards the gym , if there is any aspiring gym owner or personal trainer looking to start out on his or hers own, drop down or get in contact. It may be something that I can offer you or guide you with .

***AJFTS Announcement***

Hey guys . This is probably the most difficult post that I will have to write in 7 years of business .

Due to the Increasing commercial rates/lease rates and along with a couple of other issues that are close to home,we have decided to close our doors..

Our business was always growing with new clients coming thru our doors each month , but with these issues we have to look at the bigger picture.

I personally take pride on were ajfts is at today, setting up in 2010 during a recession and been successful is something I'll always be proud of . To have have 300 members and clients on our books and to have got to no them personally is something I will cherish also . I/we have met some great people connected to the gym, friendship and bonds that will last a lifetime.

In 2016 I established BMMA ( ballymount mixed martial arts ) something also that I'm proud of. Affiliated with Jorge Santos we have a brilliant bjj team and family something that I will continue to enjoy under my professor Jorge and my teammates at BJJA.

As I struggle to finish this statement I want to personally thank all our members and clients. With out you guys we wouldn't be we're we are today. I feel that I'm letting everyone down coming to this decision but it's something that I have to to that is right for the business and myself ..

I would like to thank my family and close friends for there continued supported.

Also, a special thanks to all our sponsors along the way, complete digital, empire barber's, Dowlings Butchers , npng, fightstore ire, absolute nutrition & gymless. You guys have been a major help thru out the years. Also , My accountant for her help along the way and keeping everything in order.

We will continue business right until end of June and enjoy our time together until then. Please do not let this deter u from your training. It would mean a lot to us if continue as normal and give your last 100% at training .

All thats left is simply ,THANK YOU

So here's Stephen's lift for charity guys......🏋
If you have been following Stephen's journey, you will no that he set out on been able to squat 30kg with a barbell . For people that don't no, Stephen is a cancer survivor and suffered truma and had scared tissue on his right leg. He couldn't even do a basic squat when he started with us. We trained every week for 2 to 3 months, mostly mobility training, strengthening the legs, core, hips and back etc and here is the result. Not a 30kg squat but a 40KG SQUAT. Brillant work Stephen and a great example to others in his situation to motivate themselves . 💪.
