💞Mama Pilates Hub off Pregnancy Pilates, Postnatal Pilates and Baby Massage 💞
Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are ongoing and clients can join at any time during their Pregnancy.
Classes are suited for low risk pregnancy, exercises are adapted and specifically suited for all trimesters of pregnancy and Pilates is suitable all the way to full term.
Classes are small so each client can receive individual attention.
We have 3 venues for Pregnancy Pilates :
Kilternan - Tuesdays 7pm
Churchtown - Wednesdays 7pm
Stepaside - Thursdays 6.45pm
Our Mum & Baby Postnatal classes are for new mamas 6-8 weeks post pregnancy (8-10 weeks post c-section) and once cleared to exercise by your Healthcare professional.
Thursdays 11am in Stepaside ( Baby comes too!)

We also ofter one to one classes for Pregnancy or Postnatal, either in person or online if you would prefer.
Baby Massage courses are 5 weeks and held in Kilternan, Dublin 18. Check out website for upcoming course.
