Get fit and have fun at a baby-friendly Zumba fitness class tailored specifically for new mums. The class combines fun dance routines and floor based exercises to help tone up, burn calories and strengthen your back and core muscles. Your pre-walking baby is welcome to join you at class and will love watching you workout from the comfort of their playmat or they can dance with you in a sling.
