✨ This Pilates exercise is harder than it looks… can you spot why? 👀

Advanced Shoulder Bridge with leg kicks + hands under the pelvis 🤸‍♀️

It demands core strength, glute power, hamstring control, shoulder stability, and plenty of wrist & shoulder girdle strength/flexibility to keep everything lifted and steady.

🚨 Please don’t try this without a proper warm-up, and it’s not recommended if you have any low back, neck, wrist, or shoulder issues.

Save this for inspiration and work up to it safely! 🥳
