Are your kids exhausting you? Exercise gives you the energy to keep up with them.
Do joint pain keep you stuck on the couch? Movement lubricates your joints and reduces inflammation. Pain gets worse when you don’t move.
Do you think you’re too old? Muscle loss accelerates after 30. Every year you delay makes rebuilding harder.
Are you always tired? Often, fatigue comes from a lack of movement. Exercise literally creates energy in your cells.
Don’t have time? People who exercise regularly don’t have more time—they make time because they can’t afford not to.

I know. Starting feels impossible when you’re already overwhelmed.
But you don’t need an hour. You don’t need a gym. You don’t even need to change your clothes.
Start with 5 minutes. Walk to the end of your street. Do squats while the water is boiling. Dance while you cook.
