CBS SANDA (Sanshou) CAMP

Sanshou is a contact sport using striking and grappling skills. We have Qingda (light contact) and Sanshou (full contact) for junior and senior competitors. We are founding members of the ICBA Irish Chinese Boxing Association who's planform is to promote the sporting aspects of Chinese Martial Arts through healthy and diverse well organised competitions. The ICBA is a non

profit organisation who's mandate is to create National Teams to represent Ireland at an International level. The Chinese Boxing Schools under the direction of Sifu Chris Denison in 2013 have produced 3 all Ireland Champions and we are looking forward to more success in 2014. Our Training programs are very welcoming and designed to encourage and develop not only the fighting skills but confidence and discipline and an overall sense of wellbeing which can be a very positive influence in other aspects of their lives.
