The weather is looking fantastic for the weekend, making it the perfect time to visit St Anne's Park and enjoy everything the festival has to offer.

Come along with family and friends to experience the beautiful rose gardens, browse the stalls, enjoy live entertainment, and soak up the wonderful atmosphere.

Join us at St. Anne’s Park on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th July, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, for a fantastic weekend of flowers, family fun, live entertainment, food, crafts, and much more. Admission is free!

😎 A fun-filled weekend for all ages awaits!

🚗 Parking Update
Car parking is cashless this year. Please pay using card or contactless payment only.

🚲 Cycling to the festival?
A managed bicycle parking area will be available, with access via Mount Prospect Avenue.

Bushy Park Saturday Market Returns on 27 June

We are delighted to announce that the Saturday Market will return to Bushy Park on 27 June.

The market will be located in a new area within the park, adjacent to the Tennis and Padel Facility, providing an excellent setting for visitors and traders alike.

In addition, the market will now operate year-round, with only a short break during the Christmas period.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Bushy Park and supporting a vibrant local market throughout the year.

St. James’s Linear Walk Playground Upgrade Notice

St. James’s Linear Walk Playground is scheduled for an upgrade with additional play equipment being installed.

Work will begin on Monday, 22 June, and is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete.

During this period:

There will be rolling closures across different sections of the playground while works are underway.
Some temporary disruption to the surrounding green space is also expected as new play units are installed.

🌿 Ballyfermot People’s Park Summer Solstice BioBlitz 🌿

Join us for a morning of nature discovery and community exploration at Ballyfermot People's Park.

📅 Date: 18 June
⏰ Time: 11:00am – 2:00pm
👤 Led by: Suzie Cahn

Take part in a BioBlitz – a fun, hands-on nature survey where we work together to identify and record the plants, insects, birds and other wildlife living in the park.

What to expect:

Explore long grass areas, wildflowers, trees and hidden corners of the park
Discover bugs🐞, pollinators and other local wildlife 🐝
Help survey habitats and species
Photography is encouraged – capture your favourite finds 📸
Get involved in creative nature-inspired activities, including art and poetry

Whether you're a seasoned nature enthusiast or simply curious about the wildlife on your doorstep, everyone is welcome.

Bring comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing and your sense of adventure!

Temporary Closure of Ringsend Park Tennis Courts

Please note that the tennis courts at Ringsend Park will be closed to the general public from 29 June to 7 August (six weeks).

The closure is necessary to facilitate Sports Capital Grant-funded upgrades and repairs, including:

Resurfacing of the existing courts
Renewal of court markings
Installation of new dedicated tennis nets

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while these improvements are carried out.

Notice of Temporary Closure – Bernadette’s Entrance, Eamonn Ceannt Park

Parks Services will be replacing the existing kissing gate at Bernadette’s entrance from Sundrive Road into Eamonn Ceannt Park. The current gate has become weathered and is no longer repairable.

Work is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, 10 June and is expected to take approximately two days to complete.

Please note that pedestrian access through this entrance will be unavailable during the works. Alternative park entrances will remain accessible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
