Ignore false review from this person - Louise Murphy.
She said we can't give directions but they are on our wall in black and white. And she says 'very rude' but, has never been in contact with us before.
In over a decade in business we have never had an incidence like this. No one has ever missed a class due to not being able to follow directions. One woman with the same surname -Murphy- so I am assuming a relative, two weeks ago after several messages in the build up to booking one drop in class, finally came to class but got lost. So I am assuming this woman Louise is leaving this nasty review about this.
After many many messages before her class about what she's getting up to during the week and telling me all about herself, we replied and never ignored. The day of her class, I was not in work and was driving and even though I was following Google maps I still answered the phone and gave directions. I gave voice note of directions. I answered many other phone calls and again text address.
This woman blocked me so I couldn't give proof of how I was not rude at all- I was in fact, very patient. However, I have a full video of our conversation I have stored in our work phone as based on her last message I had a feeling something like this would happen so I showed her trainer who was waiting on her for the class which she never showed to. I showed that she is lost in the estate next door so couldn't make class and her spot went to waste. I will not post this video because I don't want to embarrass this woman, as you can see I repeatedly give directions and specific instructions I have never had to give before, to any one!! You can see the amount of calls and texts I received from her and because I am not rude, I didnt ignore. She told me on the phone she needed to ring reception for instructions and she's no one to talk to. I explained that I am saying what reception would say. That she rang for directions and I am giving them to her. We spoke for ages but she couldn't grasp it at all. This is not our fault.
In this day and age, it is ridiculous that a small business is trying to succeed and instead of the woman who couldn't find the directions simply saying ' I can't follow directions and I give up, Ive already rescheduled a few times and let my spot go to waste , sure what's another time!! Instead of her being accountable, she tells her relative I'm rude and blocks me so I can't prove otherwise. And instead of her relative sympathising and leaving it at that- she takes to Facebook to leave a review that's just proving that they are in fact the rude ones!!!
I will be in work tomorrow at 1pm. If Louise and your mate can manage to find us 😂 pop in and we will discuss this face to face instead of over the phone. In a professional adult manner.
