All members & guests of Kingswood Castle FC will:

Respect the rights, dignity, & worth of every person within the context of the game of Football. Treat everyone equally, & not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, disability, race, ethnic origin, nationality, colour, parental or marital status, religious belief, class or social background, sexual preference or political belief. Not condone, or allow to go unchallenged, any form of discrimination if witnessed. Display high standards of behaviour. Promote the positive aspects of Football eg. fair play. Abide by the Code of Conduct when participating in league matches. Respect the decisions of match officials. Actively discourage unfair play, rule violations, and arguing with match officials. Recognize good performance not just match results. Ensure that activities are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience, & ability of the individual. Avoid the use of alcohol before coaching/training/matches. WHILE PLAYING/TRAINING:
The Captain & Club Officials are responsible at all times for ensuring that play is conducted within the spirit of the game as well as within the Laws. Players & Team Officials shall not at any time engage in conduct unbecoming to a player or team official, which could bring the game into disrepute.

REPORT:
Our Ladies didn’t need reminding that today was a very important game, and from the very first whistle they showed exactly how much it meant.

We couldn’t have asked for a better start within just 40 seconds, we were 1-0 up 🫡

From there, our Ladies produced some sublime football, dominating large periods of the first half and putting on a fantastic display of passing, movement and attacking football.

With promotion now a battle between ourselves and Clonee United, every game matters, and we know we have to continue winning our remaining fixtures. Our Ladies certainly made their intentions clear.

It was largely one way traffic in the first half, and we went into the break 4-0 up.

The second half saw Firhouse battle hard, and their Goalkeeper deserves huge credit. She pulled off some tremendous saves throughout the game, particularly denying Nikitta on several occasions.

But Nikitta would eventually get her reward right at the end, producing a fantastic strike that absolutely ruffled the net!

Credit to Firhouse, they never stopped fighting and were rewarded towards the end with a goal of their own.

But overall, our Management team couldn’t be happier with the approach, the football, the attitude, the commitment and the determination shown by their team today.

Most importantly, once again, this team showed just how far they have come, not just as footballers, but in their camaraderie, togetherness and belief in one another.

The job isn’t finished yet. A couple more games, a couple more wins, and we keep pushing towards our goal.

We wish Firhouse FC the very best of luck for the rest of their campaign ⚫🟢⚽
