Hello members and friends,

Next week, on the 28th of September marks officially 1 year of operation for OITO.

Itā€™s been a journey, we have incredible achievements to celebrate but most importantly we have to celebrate our people. They were the one that mattered the most during this last year.

From doing PTs around Dublin, to working in a 25 square meter basement to now a full beautiful gym with plenty of space to grow.

From having empty classes to having over 200 people giving us an opportunity to try or Muay Thai for first time or second chance.

From having no fighters, to now having had 3 girls and 3 guys under our mestres coaching.

From questioning ourselves if we were actually capable of doing it. To actually being so confident to get into bigger and and higher overhead place.

OITO was born to be a place which good people would encounter and grow together.

Thus far we can say we managed to achieve most of our goals.

We must celebrate.

Come join us for a night of food and people.

Train yourself, and that means train every part of you.

Toes may feel insignificant and just stay in the way waiting to be injured , but having a strong toe and foot allows you to stay tall and strong and grounded whether thatā€™s throwing a kick or blocking one thatā€™s coming your way.

We can joke all we want, but every piece of our body is important it needs to be respected Iā€™m taking care of because at the end of the day what we have is our body.
