country. When and where do we ride?

We are a loosely assembled group of Filipino - Irish road cyclist and mountain bikers who meet up at least once/twice a week for a ride/spin. Any day of the week . There will usually be at least a couple of riders unless the weather is bad. You can organised your own rides any time, any day of the week as long as there are a couple of you joining the ride. Any distance or track will do as long as

its done safe and essential to your abilities. Who can join us? There is no club to join, no need to ask anyone, just turn up and introduce yourself. Invites are always posted on Facebook as events or as shout-outs. We're easily identifiable by our jerseys (in progress)
What will I need? Your bike and proper gear, also your food supplement.
