Congratulations to J4K former Student and now J4K Coach Jenna on winning the FAI Cup with Shelbourne at the weekend.

This is an AMAZING achievement for Jenna, and at only 18 years of age. Well done, Jenna and well deserved with all the hard work you have put in over the years.

Striker through on goal.

You've got seconds to decide.

Do you stay on your line and wait?

Or do you come out and close the angle?

There's no perfect answer without seeing the situation.

But as a goalkeeper, you have to make the decision.

👇 COME OUT or STAY?

Goalkeeping is about much more than saves.

It's confidence.
It's discipline.
It's learning how to deal with mistakes.
It's challenging yourself.
And sometimes, it's simply enjoying being part of a team.

That's why we love coaching.

Every session is an opportunity to help a young goalkeeper become better — both on and off the pitch.

A huge thank you to everyone at Park Celtic FC for the fantastic GK session and for giving us the opportunity to work with so many young goalkeepers.

It was brilliant to see over 20 keepers getting stuck into the session, working on their fundamentals, building confidence and, most importantly, enjoying their football.

We’re incredibly grateful to the players, parents and coaches for the support and enthusiasm throughout the day.

These are the moments that make goalkeeper coaching so rewarding — seeing young keepers learn, challenge themselves and enjoy being between the posts.

Thank you, Park Celtic. We’re looking forward to plenty more goalkeeper sessions together!

20 years of Helping Young keepers

Me and Jack getting ready for another session recently. The feeling of stepping on to the pitch knowing you are going to help improve young goalkeepers, not only technically BUT socially and help develop them as young boys and girls, aswell as develop there goalkeeping skills.

I would estimate we a Have coached over 5000 keepers over the years. To me its not all about developing the next Shay Given, its about helping all keepers of all abilities. Knowing we have helped a keeper secure his No. 1 position on the 10th tier league is as much as an achievement to seeing one of our keepers turn professional

Proud of what we have achieved and I believe we have always offered excellent value for sessions, camps and gloves.

Thanks to everyone who has been part of this journey
