Qualifications/ fitness background - I’ve been in the fitness industry for about 4 years now. I’m a qualified Personal trainer & Gym instructor as well as being a full time competitive amateur MMA fighter. 💪🏽
Fav food - Salmon with a slim bagel with cream cheese 🥯🤑
Fave cheat meal - Too many to name but the main one I love a PIZZA, especially after a hard fight or competition. 🍕
Fav exercise - Lat PullDown - Back is

Best nutrition tip - Food isn’t your enemy, track your food consistently and results will come. 80% in the kitchen, 20% In the gym! 😇‼️
