I might have some good news regarding classes starting back.
Unfortunately The gym studio is still closed.

How does Tuesday’s at 7:30pm in Palmerstown work for everyone??
If I get the numbers i could start next week.

Hey Everyone,

I’m gonna cancel classes due to the recent announcement from the government on COVD19.

Classes are cancelled tonight until the 31st March.

I’m gutted to do this but it’s for everyone’s safety, I hope you all understand.

I hope you all take extra care and stay safe and I look forward to working off the COVD19 consumed weight when we get back

Hi everyone,

Tonight in class we are using the big sports hall upstairs in the Ballyfermot Sports & Leisure Centre as tonight we are opening our doors to everyone doing the Change For Life program.

Classes will be busy tonight so arrive early.

If anyone new wants to come tonight it’s free for newbies to try out our class so feel free to bring a friend.
