Safe Home Self Defense It is an unfortunate fact that in the world of our teens self defense has gone from being a novelty to a necessity. It absolutely shouldn’t be, but it is.

Our classes are not competition or sport based they simply highlight how to escape dangerous situations and get you home safely. Having said that the classes are by necessity quite physical - would always involve a warm up and cool down and stretch so could definitely come under the heading of a physical activity. Classes are taught in a manner that deals with serious subject matter in a relaxed,

safe and fun atmosphere. We have constructed this course specifically for teens with an emphasis on safety and escape. We do not promote or condone violence and this is clearly communicated as part of our teaching. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Regrettably after 6 years teaching TY Self Defence and private groups i will no longer be part of Safe Home Self Defence !! I am proud to have helped hundreds of young ladies to take responsibility for their own protection and i wish Fiona all the best as she Will continue to teach classes for SHSD
