Introduction to calisthenics workshop -
Schedule of the workshop and what it includes:
1) Introduction to basic warm up exercises
2) The workshop will be based around 4 fundamental calisthenics exercises:
-Pull up
-Push up
-Dip
-Squat
Each exercise explained in detail and demonstrated.
3) Cool down & stretches.
