My name is Liza Roque-Sales, and Iβm one of the Personal Trainers here at Curves Knocklyon, located in the heart of Woodstown Village Shopping Centre, Ballycullen Road, Dublin 16. I consider myself incredibly lucky β not only do I get to do what I love every day, but I also have the pleasure of laughing, moving, and connecting with some of the most amazing people in our community.
