Fun and Creative Specialised 3-Day Acro Workshop. Perfect for dancers looking to improve their acro skills or for gymnastics enthusiasts looking to get creative. I’m running a small group bridge progression course with Trojan Gymnastic Club - 4 carefully planned out sessions where we improve our bridge flexibility and build up our bridge skills, progressing towards kick-overs, walkovers, and some cool acro tricks. Great for budding gymnasts and for dancers who are trying to increase their acro skill level. The course comes with additional resources for home practice outside of the zoom sessions. If you thought gymnastics was just all tumbles and cartwheels... there’s also a crazy ninja frog apparently 😆😆 A little clip from lesson 1 for 3-6 year olds. Hi everyone! Nervous to post this as never feature myself on the page but wanted to touch base with everyone and send out best wishes to all the families. Hi to all my gymnasts! We miss having class with you and we hope you’re keeping busy at home but also taking some time to relax. I’ll be posting videos next week so you can do some gymnastics at home. Well done to all the gymnastics clubs and dance studios. You’ve been posting some amazing videos. What an inspiration. Great sense of an online community and so good to see everyone moving. Highlights from last weekend’s workshop! We had so much fun and the gymnasts got a chance to choreograph their own routine at the end based on all they’d learned throughout the workshop.
