North Star Taekwon-do Club

North Star Taekwon-do Club Northstar Taekwon-do is a fun and encouraging taekwon-do club taught by Master Niall Jones VII Degree All welcome. From 10 till 12.

Killester taekwon-do club was founded by Mr Niall Jones in February 2001 and since then has become a very successful club with over 18 black belt members training to date including Mr Adam Shelly( former European champion) and Mr Ryan Shelly( two time European champion)

TRAINING TIMES:

Monday:

- 18.00-19.00 ( Beginner and yellow belt kids (5-12 years old)
-19.00-20.00( Yellow belt and above kid

s ( 5-12 years old)
-20.00-21.30 ( Blue tag and above adults (12+ years old)

Tuesday:

-18.30-19.30 (Beginner and yellow belt adults (12+ years old)
-19.30 - 20.30 ( Yellow belt and above adults (12+ years old)
-20.30 - 21.30 (Blue tag and above adults (12+ years old)

Thursday:

-17.30 - 18.30 (Beginner and above kids (5-12 years old)
-18.30-19.30 (Beginner and yellow belt adults (12+ years old)
-19.30 - 20.30 ( Yellow belt and above adults (12+ years old)
-20.30 - 21.30 (Blue tag and above adults (12+ years old)

Saturday:

-11.00 - 12.00 ( Yellow belt and above kids (5-12 years old)
-12.00 - 13.00 ( Yellow belt and above adults ( 12+ years old)
-13.00 - 14.00 ( Red belt and above adults (12+ years old)

Sunday:

Open mat session.

That's a wrap for the European Championships 2026 🙌

What a fantastic week for our crew and Team Ireland Taekwon-Do ! With many podium finishes for the team there were lots of celebrations across the week, but most importantly everyone performed superbly across their individual and team events 🇮🇪👊

We are extremely proud of everyone and all the hard work they put in during the preparation for this campaign. It was clear to see on the mats that everyone gave it their all 👏

We are thrilled to say Team Ireland finished 2nd on the medal table, and are especially proud of our competitors from Northstar Taekwondo Club, bringing home 1 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals with amazing performances and team spirit.

A huge thank you to team management, coaches, parents, and all the support back home. We couldn't have done it without the continual support from you all 🤝

We look forward to the next one!
