Just sloshing around in the bottom of the squat.
Then knocked out a (singular) strict muscle up with which felt EZ (praise the lord).
That affords at least 2 digestive biscuits 😂😉 🍪

It's just lovely helping people evolve from the usual "bums n tums" bollox to knowing how to squat and move well. Davin told me he fit into a pair of jeans that he hasn't worn in two years, he's sleeping better and has a much better outlook on his health since starting. Sure what more could you want?
