What a weekend!
I’m so proud of every Inishfree dancer who took to the stage at the All Ireland Championships, many for the very first time! From beautiful dancing to incredible support for one another, and fantastic success along the way, it was a weekend to remember.
A special mention to our youngest supporter (and future champion!), baby Joseph, who made his All Ireland debut too!
Congratulations to all the dancers that took part over the two days.
And of course, a huge thank you to the wonderful Colin McGill for providing the beautiful tunes all weekend.

Watching it all come together on that stage, in that moment, was something really special. You let your dancing do the talking and every bit of it was earned.

We’ve seen the work, the quiet graft, the tough days, even the last-minute injuries… and that’s exactly why this one feels different.

A massive congratulations to our incredible Team Inishfree, who shone on the world stage in Belgium last week!

I'm beyond proud of each and every one of you. Your dedication, perseverance, and passion have been truly inspiring throughout the year 💜

And while we celebrate the results, it’s so important to remember—they do not define you. Your hard work, your character, your growth and the way you carry yourselves will always mean so much more 💜

What l’m most proud of are the memories made, the friendships formed and the way you supported each other every step of the way. That is what truly matters.

A little late… but so worth the post 💜

Huge congratulations to Team Inishfree who took to the stage at the Kildare Open a couple of weeks ago — and what a day it was!

We were out in force and it truly showed. From our youngest dancers right up, there was such a brilliant display of hard work, determination and team spirit. The standard of dancing across the board was fantastic and it was so lovely to see everyone enjoying their performances while also pushing themselves.
Huge thanks to Lisa, Ellen, Rachel & all the team , such a wonderful day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our incredible Inishfree Dance Mums. Thank you for the early mornings, the long drives, the last-minute shoe & costume fixes and for always being the biggest supporters. Your encouragement and pride mean the world to us all.

We’re also very lucky to have some wonderful mums among our own dancers — balancing family life while still finding the time to dance, train and be part of the Inishfree community. Your dedication is truly inspiring.

What a weekend for Team Inishfree at the Irish Open Oireachtas!
Unreal dancing from our grade, teams and championship dancers — you absolutely blew it out of the water.

Huge congratulations to:
✨ Catriona Engstfeld – U30 Irish Open Champion
✨ Jamie Dunne – U35 Irish Open Champion
Just phenomenal from start to finish.

And honestly… the fact you all managed this level of excellence without me even being there is both impressive and slightly insulting. I disappear for one weekend and suddenly you’re all winning everything?! 😂 I’ll try not to take it personally.

But jokes aside — what a way to end the year. I’m beyond proud of every single one of you. The hard work, the dedication, the friendships, the memories… this team just keeps getting stronger.

Here’s to a huge year behind us and an even bigger one ahead. 💜🌟

So proud of my five fabulous dancers who took to the stage this weekend. Each one of you delivered incredible dancing, fierce determination, and the results to match — all finishing in the Top 5! 🎉

A massive congratulations to our wonderful Catriona, the Western European Champion 2025! 🏆

It was such fun to see our feis friends and all the familiar faces from other schools — the laughs, support and energy made the whole weekend even more special.
Girls, you did yourselves and Inishfree so proud. What a weekend! 💫
