Great week in Poland with Athlone Town AFC for the UEFA Women’s Champions League 🇵🇱

Not the ending we hoped for, but I’m so proud of the players. Their work rate inspires me every day. It’s a great privilege to have a small role in this team.

Ready to finish the season strong 💪🏻

Thank you UNIT 3

I’ve spent such a significant part of my life in this gym. In many ways, I feel like I’ve grown up here.

I’m incredibly thankful for the people I’ve met along the way, especially those who have become some of my closest friends. Although I know it’s the right time to step away, I will miss you all so much.

I’m grateful for every moment.

After 18 challenging months, I’m delighted to finish my MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology.

Although balancing the MSc with full time work was difficult, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I am really excited to continue this journey and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue helping athletes 🙏🏻

As well as working with - I am taking on a very small number of athletes/performers who want to improve their mental skills, find joy in their work and perform consistently to their potential.

If that interests you, send me a DM 📲

After three brilliant years, my time with Shamrock Rovers has come to an end.

Thank you to Collie and Ciarán for bringing me in, trusting me fully, and giving me complete autonomy in my role.

Thank you to Steph for continually raising professional standards, driving forward the progress that women’s football deserves in this country, and for personally supporting me throughout my transition into sports psychology consultancy.

A special thank you to John Martin for your advocacy and support in advancing my education.

To the additional staff — Paul, Karl, Jess, Evan, JP, Donna, Megan and Emma — thank you. I’ll truly miss working with you all.

And lastly, to every player I’ve had the privilege of working with over the past three years: thank you. The environment we created together was incredibly enjoyable to be part of.

I’m so proud of the work we’ve done at Rovers — establishing professional standards and building systems designed to push women’s football forward.

I have some amazing memories that I will always cherish.

It’s sad to be leaving, but I’m very excited for what’s next.

New beginnings…

I am incredibly excited to be starting my Masters in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology in 🙏🏻

I really thought I was done with college….but here we are!

Sports psychology, along with athlete well-being are topics I have always been very drawn to as a Coach.

I am such a big believer in training the mind and in training the brain. Especially if you are a high-performer!

I’m hoping this MSc will allow me to add a layer to performance coaching by not just helping athletes with their physical development but also providing them with the tools to build a solid framework for mental performance.

Buzzing to get going 🥳
