Our jurisdiction covers the 26 counties with 32 affiliated motor clubs operating under our umbrella, organising 160+ events per year across 11 disciplines. Motorsport Ireland is the governing body for all four wheeled motorsport in Ireland. Motorsport Ireland governs disciplines such as Autocross, Autotest, 4X4 Trials, Hillclimb & Sprints, Karting, Midget Cars, Navigation Trials, Racing, Rally Cross, Rallying and Sporting Trials.

Navigation Classes - The night navigation trial season is fast approaching and Monaghan Motor Club is gearing up for that all important season kick start with the annual navigation classes. If you have a motor sport interest of any kind, the Navigation Trials are the best form of obtaining the correct ‘foundation’ for this sport. The scheduled classes will cover the full range of topics including map reading, timing, car regulations and pace notes for stage rallying.

The classes will start on Friday 4th September at 7pm sharp in the excellent facilities of the Aughnamullen GAA Centre. All those interested should contact Ciaran on 087 7827918 to book your place for the classes. Registration will also include club membership, maps, romer and all necessary paperwork to complete the 5 week course.
