Are you using the right tools for the job?
Throughout our semi private training sessions we use a wide variety of tools and exercises that will get the most bang for your buck during your training sessions here!
WE KNOW WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESNโT!
When it comes to developing your back muscles - some tools are certainly more useful than others. Thats why we use are cable machines and the newly purchased attachments seen in picture one.
When it comes developing your backside - we know that the hip thrust can reign supreme here. That is why you will do the and OFTEN! Our handy hip thrust rack inserts seen in pictures two ensure we can easily programme these into your sessions.
We are big on cardio vascular fitness here! We like to meet you where you are JUDGEMENT FREE and devise a manageable program to get you where you want to be! If the Rower isint for you, I am sure the Ski Erg well! And if that doesnโt suit we have the bikes as well ๐๐ป
The most important thing about training is ENJOEYMENTโ! As this will ultimately keep you turning up...but what can be even better is ENJOYMENT & RESULTS.
