Hi everybody,

I have had a few emails regarding prices lately for fitness classes...
Unfortunately I am going away on a training camp in Thailand next week and wont be back till late September..
Im sorry for late reply in mails and will be doing some great deals on fitness packages when I return.....👍👍👍

I have been asked several times lately. "Just starting training,what type of equipment should I buy for my home?"
And I always give the same answer..buy nothing
You dont need fancy equipment to get in shape all you need to do is find a good training plan and stick to it..

Every day I see people investing big sums of money to upgrade their phones, ipads,watches etc...I never could really understand it...would you not rather invest that money into upgrading your body and mind.It will certainly last longer then any fancy gadget you buy and I promise you that you will be happier in the long run..So instead of saving up for a new fancy phone..put that money towards making a better you.....It never gets easier, you only get stronger
