WEEK 3 of my 10-week "Get back in shape for new mums" programme: down 2.1kg, Did the 4km coffee run ( walking mostly uphill with buggy) on Sunday, my new best friends are these 2 pilates balls for getting my lower abdomen exercise work done twice a day when the little man is having his naps. Still not ready to start back running yet but getting stronger!

Day 3 of my 10 week "Get back in shape for new mums" programme: Quick lunch of fresh ham and chicken with grapes and toasted wholemeal pitta before I head out for my 1hr Buggy walk with the little man. Looking forward to seeing the results at my first check in next Monday!! We all know the weekend is always the toughest time to stay on track!

My amazing son is now 14 weeks old and its time for me to get steadily back into my fitness regime & make the most of my maternity leave!
Time to design and try out my own 10 week "Get back in shape for new mums" programme. Today starting Day 1 : Replacing my full fat cappuchino with water & fresh lime to go with my breakfast of: boiled egg, grilled tomatoes and slice of wholemeal toast. 1hr buggy power-walk & 30 mins lower abdomen workout on the plan for the day- all of which can be done with the little man.
