Just a couple of tweaks as we’re approaching our holidays!
The new special of the month is Tricks in Spin (in Heels) 👠 every Tuesday at 6pm. Along with Intro to Power Pole, Stretching (front spilts) and all of the usual level classes throughout the week!

🏖️SUMMER HOLIDAYS - STUDIO UPDATE🏖️

The studio will be closing for holidays from the 22nd of June until the 12th of July, to give our amazing staff a much earned break! We will reopen on the 13th of July with a reduced timetable. Normal classes and schedule will return from the 27th of July 💃

All live class and private packages will be paused for the duration of the break until the 13th of July. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch!

T&C: When booking, a non refundable deposit of 50€ is required to secure your space. If the booking is made for both days, the deposit fee is 100€. If you’re not able to attend the event anymore, you can sell the space to someone else but your deposit won’t be refunded.

May Timetable is up and is on Fire! 🔥 Jam packed with classes and running all week!

Along with our usual levels you will find many new classes 🆕

For this month you will find .blaua teaching her signature classes Power pole 🔥 Heels 👠 and Flow 🌊 on Monday and Sundays!

Our special class of the month will be ‘Dance Your Tricks’: a choreography class in heels to include tricks on the pole 💃🪩

Our Friday ‘Intro to Pole’ is sold out but we have more spaces on Wednesday at 8.30pm - Starting on May 20th 👯‍♀️

Last, but definitely not least, our Stretching classes are back 🥳 The focus on the month will be Front Splits 🤸🏼‍♀️

✨Slay on Spin - a spinny pole workshops where you’ll learn Racheal’s signature illusion splits;

✨Pole-Chair Fusion - a fun and luscious choreography with chair and pole tricks to mesmerise the audience

✨Slay in Heels - a pole choreography designed to work on musicality

✨All About Leg Waves - a class designed to break down leg work and its many variations, from the pole to the floor. Learn to make them beautiful and smooth
