Last time we organised teddy bear day for our lifters, that means we had special guests invited by our athletes. Also one of our students decided to depart to a different sport. It was a fun and emotional day for us all.

This last Saturday we were proud to host the All Ireland Kettlebell Lifting Federation 5 minutes competition. With 16 lifters from all around Ireland, we had a great craic lifting the bells in any way possible. Thank you all involved Wexford Kettlebell Club, South Dublin Kettlebell Club, Portumna Kettlebell Club, Limerick Kettlebell Club, Rebels Kettlebell Club, our local Unity Kettlebell Club and check AIKLF's Facebook site for upcoming competitions.
