DROP IN CLASS - 15e
Those who just do drop in classes do not have priority and can miss their place if anyone signed up for term wish to take it up. You secure your place on a certain day and time suitable for both parts. We can shift 2 classes for you in case if you can not attend the class for some reason by letting us know in advance(not later than 2 hours before the class), otherwise you miss your class. You have to finish the term within 10 weeks or less from the date you start. No refunds (any type) after payment for any reason. We do open sessions for e5 per hour on Sundays where you can improve your skills and get some new tricks, must be booked in advance every time. Open Pole Practice- is open to everybody with some pole experience. D&N Mafia Fitness Dance Studio offers a diverse range of classes including Pole Fitness, , Flexibility, Aerobics, Step dance classes and other. The studio is located on Great Denmark street which is right on top of O'Connell street, just beside Garden of Remembrance or Dublin 4 , UCD Sport Center. Pole dance- is a form of performing art, a combination of dance and gymnastics. It involves dancing and performing acrobatic tricks with a vertical pole and is an increasingly popular form of fitness and dance, practised by many enthusiasts in gyms or dedicated dance studios. A wide range of amateur and professional competitions are held in many countries around the world. Pole dancing has gained popularity as a form of exercise, with increased awareness of the benefits to general strength and fitness. This form of exercise increases core and general body strength by using the body itself as resistance, while toning the body as a whole. A typical exercise regimen in class typically begins with strength training, dance-based moves, and squats, push-ups, and sit-ups, and gradually works its way up to the climbs and inversions which are the métier of the exercise. Pole dancing is also generally reported by its schools to be empowering for women and to build confidence. Step aerobics - is a form of aerobic exercise distinguished from other typess of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Step aerobics classes are offered at many gyms and fitness centers which have a group exercise program.
